What are the benefits of underfloor heating?

Underfloor heating is fast gaining popularity as a cost-effective heating system; being 25% more efficient than traditional radiator systems, it helps you save on your annual energy bills.

Because of its heating efficiency, it’s also a greener method of warming your home compared to traditional systems.

Tucked away beneath your flooring, underfloor heating offers the perfect aesthetic for your home – removing the need for on-display heating systems such as radiators and freeing up your wall space.

Underfloor heating has a much longer lifespan than radiators, since they are unlikely to become damaged following correct installation – saving you maintenance, repair, and replacement fees over time.

How it Works

  1. Get in touch to arrange a home visit.
  2. We’ll aim to give you an initial quotation within 7 working days.
  3. If you accept the quotation we’ll normally ask for a deposit to begin the design and architectural drafting.
  4. Upon final approval of the finished design drawings and any modifications you require, we’ll review the quotation price and adjust if necessary.
  5. Once the drawings are signed off we will agree a construction schedule with you with estimated start and finsh dates.
  6. The balance of payment is due upon satisfactory completion.
